RENTALS
Events Edmonton has many event-related items available to take your next event or festival to the next level.
Tents
Events Edmonton rents out 10’X20’ frame tents.
- Rental rate is $150 per tent
- Weighting rental rate is $4 per tent leg
- The rental rates provided are under the condition that the renter picks up, sets up, and returns the tents.
- There will be additional charges if the tent vinyl needs to be cleaned after use.
- Edmonton Non-Profits and Charitable groups do not pay rental fees.
Ticket Booths
Events Edmonton rents out double and single window ticket booths.
- Rental rate is $200 per single window booth and $275 per double window booth
- Renter must pick up with flat deck trailer or truck and have a forklift at destination to off load
- Delivery and removal can be arranged at additional cost to the Renter
- There will be additional charges if booths are damaged
- Edmonton Non-Profits and Charitable groups do not pay rental fees
Other Equipment
Events Edmonton rents out other equipment such as:
- Folding chairs
- Rental rate for folding chairs is $1.50 each per day
