About Taste of Edmonton

Since 1984, Taste of Edmonton has grown to be known as the largest food festival in Western Canada and continues to flourish, empower and uplift individuals through food, performing arts, heritage and culture, an artisan market and exhibitors.

For eleven days, guests gather together to indulge in samples of delicious food and drinks from a diverse selection of local restaurant and food truck partners, experience local talent perform on the stage and shop some of the top local artisans in Edmonton.

The 41st edition of Taste of Edmonton will take place July 17 to 27, 2025. The festival’s opening ceremonies will be ignited by local Indigenous Elder (Cultural Advisor, Headman of the Alexis Nation), Lyndon Aginas, and municipal, provincial and federal leaders. Collectively, these prestigious guests offer their support and invitation to embrace Taste of Edmonton's diverse restaurant and food truck partners, FREE 10 day performance series showcasing local artist’s musical performances and local artisans featured at Night Of Artists and THE MARKET by Wholly Handmade.
